Bullet the stud dog and family man
During Bullet's long career as a stud dog , he was in the beginning used by Selah German Shephersd to produce their lovely "Sugar" Then, when it was found that he carried pure lines back to the original Shilohs, he came to CJ's Valleyview Farms and became one of Judy's Shiloh stud dogs. That is where he spent the rest of his life.
During that time he sired a great many beautiful offspring with a diverse array of females from different Shiloh lines . Some of these offspring are pictures below listed under the different females bred. Bullet had OFA good hips. His offspring in the shiloh world are testing predominately good hips, elbows normal, thyroid normal and hearts certified too. We are so pleased to see these results coming thru with many more too young to test yet. Bullet gave us nice heads, great underjaw, strong ears , typey body, beautiful topline, long saber tails, tight feet, and because he carried the recessive white factor , sired many white pups. The temperments too in his offspring are gentle and sweet. He tended to throw great bone and size in his kids ...larger than himself. He managed to bring the IC down considerably in shiloh breedings without having to go outside the breed itself.
His great contributions will be seen for years to come yet, and I think more and more breeders will eventually see that he was truly one of the greats in his own way.
These of course are my own opinions and I am aware that there are those who do not agree but, I believe he will prove to be a dog that has contributed a lot to our Shiloh breed.
